I have a PolyCom 335.

When I use my Jabra GN2100 headset, I get no sidetone.  I can hear the caller and they can hear me, but I cannot hear myself.

This happens whether I plug the GN 2100 into the headset jack directly (via a GN1200 Smart Cable) or indirectly using a GN 8000 amplifier.

I have tried different headsets, cords and phones just to make sure there are no faults. Note, I do get sidetone when using an old Smith Corona headset. Not sure what is going on.

The folks at Jabra say there should be no issue.

Any one have any ideas (unfortunately we have a bunch of these headsets from our old key system.)

Thanks!
