Hello sdmce,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Is this a VoIP related Polycom Product as the Revision Number alone is not a good enough indication.

Polycom c100S, p/n 2201-44040-001.  Bar Code number L80709021136.  Was working fine on my XP machine but when I moved to the Win 7 machine the buttons did not work.  So I want to uninstall and reinstall the software.  Running the uninstall from the Programs menue does not remove it.

Hello,

there are plenty of post's => here <= dealing with the Buttons issue. That was caused by the SKYPE Software and not by the Polycom Drivers.

Best Regards

Done all that, several times.  Please just tell me how to uninstall the software. Thanks.

I have uninstalled the program from the programs listed.  It did not seem to do anything.  Two options were given: 1. Repair, 2. Remove.  The first pick I tried was the repair.  This seemed to operate properly although it was so fast I can hardly believe it did anything.  Next, selecting "remove", several windows pop-up and quickly disappear after selection.  The final window for uninstall vanishes so quickly it could not have done anything. And sure enough the driver was still loaded.  Tried removing and reinstalling the driver and the software.  No change to operability.   How can I remove the whole set of software, drivers, etc., so that I can reinstall like it was a new system.  I can reinstall until I have first removed the current set of code.  I have an important conference call coming up in 3 hours and would like to be able to use my Polycom for it.  Please advise.  Thanks.

Hello Scott,

are you the Administrator of this machine or can you run the uninstallation tool as the administrator ?

If you requiere support you will need to work with your Polycom Reseller and/or Polycom Support directly => here <=.
