Polycom 331 and VVX500 Transfer call issue with Portaone switch

Hi,

 

I have problem to transfer a incoming call to other internal extensions. Portaone switch Handel our calls.

When we answer incoming call and want to transfer call to other extension,we can dial external extensions and when we resume   the call, it will disconnect.

 

any body can help?
