Polycom 4.0 SIP

Strange thing happened with my latest implementation Asterisk/Polycom SounStations for one of my clients.

 

Everything works fine except, when they dial a places with Autoattendant Menu. No matter what keys they press and how many times, choses are ignored by menus.

I think there is somewhere in the 4.0.2 cfg files a switch that should be turned on for that to function, but I cannot find it.

Please help.
