Hi,

i have a polycom 500 sound station and CUCM 9.1

I was able to register the phone but i can add only two partecipants to the conference.

With the same settings i have no issue with cisoc phone.

Is it a limit of the end station?

Hello xeladona,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jul 17, 2014 Question:Can I deploy Polycom® SoundStation® IP Conference Phones with Cisco® Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The SSIP5000 is only a 3rd Party SIP Device and restrictions or limitations of these result in the inability to join a Cisco Conference.

In this case the conference is held inside the phone.

Oct 25, 2011 Question: What is the maximum amount of participants in a conference call?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above explains this in detail.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
