Polycom 501 Intercom w/3cx

I have about 10-15 Polycom 501's running on 3cx v11.  I cannot get the intercom feature to work.  All that is currently happening when I try to intercom a phone is the phone rings. 


The Polycom phones are running version 3.1.7

The FAQ contains a post describing how to change these kind of settings and how to use wireshark to cross check the SIP header. In addition you may want liaise with 3CX as they use provisioning templates.

Do you still use 501s and have you updated to v14 yet? Wondering if you ran into any DMTF issues.

I ALWAYS struggle to get my IP501's registered to 3CX via their provisioning templates.


Do you have them registered? Could you give me the template that you use?


Currently I've got them hitting a Linux server with a trivial FTP server on it that passes the credentials of the 3CX.
