Im posting as I havent been able to find this bug posted yet.

I have

650-UA 3.3.2.0413

550-UA 3.2.3.1734

Attached to a digium switchvox server.

When the user is on a call and another call comes in ringing the keypad seems to be disabled

The user can only answer the 2nd call or wait till it rolls to voicemail.

Its always reproducable under this situation:

I was retrieving a message.  While listening to the message, I had an incoming call.

I tried to hit 7 to delete the message but the dial pad goes dead when I have an incoming call.

I also have the same thing when Im on call 1 say going into menus on a ivr which works until line 2 rings with an inbound call

and I cant ignore the caller and continue what I was originally doing on line 1

Switchvox says it is not there problem.
