I have a Polycom 650, on 4.0.3f that suddently is acting up.  Keys are slow to respond, sometimes it reboots, etc.  It used to work fine.

One thing I have noticed is that every 25 seconds or so, the CPU load goes to 100% for 2-3 seconds.  The problem seem to happen during this short spike.

I have tried formatting the file system, putting everything back to default.  I only have 3 registrations now and 5 speed dials, none of which have watch buddy enabled.

Is there an obvious place where I should be looking?

Hello mgaudette,

the most obvious place would be the Log.

Any configuration issues would be highlighted in there. Ensure that the log levels are only set to the standard value.

Any further investigation would involve a support ticket.

Best regards
