I had an issue recently where a Polycom 650 had a DHCP IP address of 192.168.11.x.  However, when the phone sent an INVITE or OK message with SDP, the media connection information had an IP address of 10.0.3.140.  This IP address was also present in the Contact header.  Has anyone else seen this?  The capture was taken before the message hit any network equipment (SBC, switch, etc.) so i know the packet wasn't being re-written.  The only way to correct the problem was to reboot the phone.
