Issue on Polycom 650

 

The screen goes white and they cannot dial out. They can get inbound calls but don't see anything on the
screen.

 

All three phones are Polycom 650s and are part of the call queue

Phone are POE

 

Please advice

Hello Ayadov,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This could be something with the PoE Switch not delivering enough power as I doubt three phones showing the same hardware defect.

 

Maybe if it is a managed switch you could get some logs of the switch.

Sorry for not replying back for long, so far after I asked the customer to remove the shared lines or monitor lines and rebuild them back he didn't contact me back with the problem.
