Hi, I have registered a Polycom 670 (v4.0.2.11307) through an SBC to a Application Server.  When the phone goes offhook it sends a PUBLISH message, but does not include an expires parameter within the contact header.  As the parameter is missing, the SBC decides to add an expires=0 on the private side and sends it to the Application Server.  Is there anyway I can force the Polycom to include an expires paramater?

Hello PhilP,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I am not aware of any additional parameter. You may want to take this up with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
