We have just set up three of the Polycom IP 7000 phones for one of our offices on our Cisco Call Manager.  I got the phones to register but they can't make outbound 10 digit calls.  I suspect the issue is the digit map settings on the phones which are as follows:

 

[49]11|011xxx.T|

[1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|

[2-9]xxx|*xx

 

On our Cisco system you need to dial a * to get outside dialtone. 

 

Does anyone here on the forum understand where in the digit map I need to change the character to *?

 

If you do please let me know.
