Good morning,

We are currently rolling out Microsoft Lync with Polycom VVX 410 Endpoints, and will be deploying the Polycom BToE connector (2.3) through SCCM. We have an issue with the Log file of the BToE connector trying to wrtie to the local “Program Files” directory on the local client, but users in our environment do not have permission to this location so it is generating an error. Is there a way to direct the Log file to write to the AppData location in the users profile instead?

We have successfully changed a number of registry settings for the BToE client prior to packaging this for SCCM, but this doesn't appear to have any affect on the connector trying to write the log file to the local 'program file' folder.

I have attached the current registry settings for the BToE client, any help would be much appreciated.

Kind regards
Ben
