Hello,

 

I am wondering if the Polycom SoundStructure C16 is compatible with Cisco's proprietary SCCP protocol? I know the C16 is an SIP device, but can it also work with SCCP?

 

Polycom does support SCCP in its VSX line, however I am having trouble finding support for this protocol on the C16.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

None of the official Polycom VoIP products support SCCP / Skinny.

 

Only the Polycom manufactured Cisco branded units support their proprietary protocol.
