Polycom CX 5500 Registered to CUCM with simultaneous Lync video call

I'll start out by saying I know the CX 5500 is not officially supported being SIP registered to CUCM.  The scenario is similar to one I asked about CX5000 the other day, but with a different device.  Can you have a SIP audio call going out through CUCM, and have a LYNC video call connected via USB simultaneously briding the two together?

Hello WTH,

There is no built in bridging on these devices. If USB is used for a LYNC call the phone part of the CX5500 is not accessibly.
