Is there a way to set how long the headset stays active when not in a call? I have a headset in which you can press the button it to answer a call but this does not trigger the headset feature on the phone. When I press the headset button and try again with the headset it works but if the user is not on a call for 40 seconds the headset feature on the phone turns off.

The CX phone range is based on a Microsoft reference design and all software and available features are provided via Microsoft.
Any change to current behavior would need to be requested via Microsoft directly.
