Hello!

This has been bugging me,and I'm hoping this is an easy fix. Anyway...

I have a Polycom Communicator C100s and I use it with Skype. It seems to work fine (I can make calls), but the buttons and LED don't work. I've run the Diagnostics. The mics work. I can hear the White Noise and stuff, but the buttons and LED are a no go.

Any suggestions?

Hello 49WarSharkA,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We encourage all users to use the Forum Search.

The answer to your query can be found => here <=

I can only assume you have not tested the Polycom Application that verify's the LED and Button functionality.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello, Steffen.

I actually did try to search feature first, and found a user that had a similar problem, but the user that originally posted that his buttons worked in the Polycom Diagnostics, whereas mine did not. Perhaps I should have posted in his topic anyway, so I apologize for inconveniencing you and the moderating staff.

I assume the Polycom Application is the application that has the Polycom Diagnostics? If so, then yes, I did test out the application to verify buttons and LED functionally.

I will install the newer version of Skype and hopefully that is the fix I am looking for. Thanks for your assistance, Steffen.
