Polycom Configuration AsignIn/AsignOut

Please help me to enable the AsignIn/AsignOut (Agent Sigin and SignOut options).

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The requested feature is developed for our partner BroadSoft / BoradWorks and if their platform is running a compatible software level then the platform can provision the Polycom phone with the relevant configuration.

 

An example could be:

 

hoteling.reg="1"
acd.reg="1"
feature.hoteling.enabled="1"
feature.callCenterStatus.enabled="1"
voIpProt.SIP.acd.signalingMethod="1"
feature.acdLoginLogout.enabled="1"
feature.acdAgentAvailability.enabled="1"
feature.acdServiceControlUri.enabled="1"
feature.acdPremiumUnavailability.enabled="1"
acd.stateAtSignIn="1"

I suggest your work with BroadSoft on this as they provide the templates.

This actually helped my issue with having Avaya users log in and out.
