Hi guys.

I hope everything is fine with you.

I'm deploying a VOIP architecture using Lync and Polycom CX600 IP Phones.

Anyone here know the feature "Lock Phone"?

From what i found on internet this feature (when the phone is locked) anyone could make calls, but is unable to access the presence information, voice mail, calendar, and so on.

What i really want to know whether there is any way to block calls for certain numbers when the phone is locked, for example block national, international and mobile calls and allow internal, free or emergency.

Regards,

Jorge Cardoso

Hello Jorge,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The User Guide => here <= describes on page 2 the lock feature as follows:

If your phone is locked, you must unlock it before you can make a call. To unlock it,
select Unlock.

Please be aware that all CX Phones are utilizing Microsoft's designed Software and your question may be better asked in a Microsoft Community.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
