Dear Polycom Community,

 

Currently we are setting up a Axeos PBX for a custommer of ours wich works fine with Snom and Mitel devices however calling from a Polycom IP 320 works, but it takes a long time before the other end rings. 

 

Is there a setting i missed wich caused this problem or is it a known problem with Polycom devices?

Check the DNS server configuration of the phone. I've seen large delays with making/receiving calls when Polycoms are configured to use wrong/invalid/broken/slow DNS servers.
