Hi,

 

I try to set our IP 335 work as TCPonly mode, but it won`t work. I can provision the phone and TCPonly has been select throngh view the web interface. But, when I check at server side, the phone still talk to our server through UDP. I try unplug the power and reboot the phone, it still use UDP.

Hello Tommy,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

UC Software 3.3.3 is no longer a supported version so I suggest you try this with something current like 4.0.10 instead.

Hi,

 

I try update SoundPoint  IP 335  to 4.0.10, but I only can update to 3.3.5.0247. I can`t download 4.0.0 from https://downloads.polycom.com/voice/voip/sip_sw_releases_matrix.html. I also try use 4.0.1 file to update, but it won` work.

 

SIP Software Version 3.3.5.0247 BootROM Software Version 4.3.1.0440

UC Software 4.0.x needs the UC Software and the relevant Upgrader / Updater as explained above.
