Hi, the power went out and now our Polycom IP 6000 has 3 solid red lights and it is just flashing the Polycom name and logo on the screen repeatedly.

 

The Mac number is 0004F2E4CAFD - can you tell me about it please?

NETXUSA sold this unit back in 22/02/2011 so we can only assume it is defective now after all this time and only an RMA is the next step. Please have a look at our current Poly Trio range of phones.
