Thanks , I will contact them. Any idea of what this would cost the company to have this unit repaired and sent back??

Hi, the power went out and now our Polycom IP 6000 has 3 solid red lights and it is just flashing the Polycom name and logo on the screen repeatedly.

 

The Mac number is 0004F2E4CAFD - can you tell me about it please?

NETXUSA sold this unit back in 22/02/2011 so we can only assume it is defective now after all this time and only an RMA is the next step. Please have a look at our current Poly Trio range of phones.
