Hi i have a Polycom ip 650 and i need to reboot the software however the 468 code does not work i have also tried 468* nothing can you help me fix this problem.

The Multiple key combinations are outlined in the relevant Admin guides matching your software version.
If your issue is a password issue then I have to make you aware that we do not disclose within this official Polycom community how to reset the Phones if the Admin Password is lost.
Many of our partners utilize these phones and offer services so we cannot publicly disclose the procedure to do so.
Please contact your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
