I have a user that is having issues with her Polycom IP 670 phone only on internal calls. The caller is muffled but yet outside calls are fine. I've replaced the handset, cord and also the phone itself but the issue remains. Anyone have any other suggestions to try? This started happening a few weeks ago. No other users are reporting this issue. Nothing with the network has changed as well.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
