We have an IP 7000 connected to a RealPresence Group 500 .

The IP 7000 also acts as a SIP phone connected to a 3cx Phone System

All calls are routed through the 3cx Phone System correctly.

When we try to call a number starting with prefix 00 the IP7000 redirects the call to RealPresence Group 500 instead of the 3cx System.

At first I thought it was a digitmap issue.

When i disconnect the IP 7000 from the Group 500 Device the calls starting with 00 are routed correctly through the 3cx phone system.

Any ideas what might be causing this strange behaviour?

Hello

A good starting point is usually to provide some details of the software version used with each component.
