Have a 2nd hand used ip560 purchased.

One line is successfully connected to sipgate.de

Since the phone offers more lines (up to 4) I would like to connect my 2 additional numbers with 1und1.de

I got the credentials alright for 1und1 and tried several time, but receive the reply "Error Code:480 Temporarily not available"

Since I am not a Tecky at all on that area, I would appreciate if you could share experience with me on that topic. I have copied the latest reply from the protocol. It is a bit Greek to me.

Thanks a lot

Brgds Jens

Hello jstuehrck,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

It is also always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Unfortunately the FAQ does not answer my question. I still want to connect 2 providers on one phone. 🙂

Hello jstuehrck,

If you follow the above FAQ you simply enter all the details for Provider 1 on Line 1 and the details for Provider 2 on Line 2.

Nothing or nowhere else.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
