Polycom IP6000 boot issues

I have 5 IP6000 SoundStation

 

3 of them are rev.c and 2 are rev.f

 

The rev.f works without problems while all the 3 rev.c has stopped to boot.

They remain with the 3 red lights flashing.

I tried to connect to different Switches or PoE Injectors and sometimes the 3 red lights remain ON instead to flash. The strange thing is that the devices were working well for many years without power off!

welcome to the Polycom Community.


Most likely, based on other posts here in the community, the units are defective. You may get them back for a while but this is a sign they are broken.

 

Not knowing the serial address of the device does not allow us to look them up and check how old they are.
