We have installed new Polycom IP7000's software version 3.3.3 (already using several on 3.1.2 which work fine).  We use this via a Mitel MN3300 on MCD4.0.

We can't conference in a third party on the new software level sets, everything else is set up correctly, digit map has been set up as before, PBX class of service etc is exactly the same.

We get hold and can't dial in a third party on any of the new devices - any ideas please?

Thank you!

Hello Alison,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

How are you provisioning these phones or are you making the changes to the Digitmap via the Web Interface?

Can you please describe in more detail what happens when you dial when placing another call on hold?

Have you tried dialing off hook to verify the digitmap is correct?

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
