Hi all I have this PoliccomIP7000 


when the unit is powered on the lights and everything works fine

but after the power up the screen ligts up white and you cant see a thing it looks like a backlight thats on and thats it.

It is always useful to provide some kind of background information on the device.


  • Is this a brand new unit or a used unit?
  • If used how long have you had it?
  • PoE powered via a Switch or external Power Supply?
