Hi Team,

As per my understanding we can map the personal contacts on MAC-<Directory>.xml file and those contacts are available

on Polycom Terminal screen.

Can we map  more contacts type  i.e. Shared and Internal or Corporate  in MAC-<Directory>.xml file  which can be avaialble on

Polycom Terminal screen  or we have only one alternative way to achieve this by using LDAP data base only as mentioned in

Polycom Documents.

Thanks in Advance 🙂

Regards,

Shashank
