Hello,

We are using Polycom phones in our small ISP and MSP business, and have an issue with provisioning phones to our corporate PBX server, and our general customer PBX server. Both have active SSL LetsEncrypt certs, and the problem lies with the phone reaching out to the server to verify the servers' certs when attempting provisioning, as the firmware of every Polycom we have deployed (VVX300's and up), is having this problem. No new phones can be provisioned, and this is a critical problem.

From the logs:

Any word as to when a firmware release will come out to fix this problem, or a workaround for the time being?

Hello @thomashohnke ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

I have heard this from a Poly sales Engineer but to look at this we would need this in our official support organization. Please raise a ticket if this is urgent for you or your customer so we can look at this.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
