Hi All,

I have provisioned a Polycom provisioning server for a new site very smilar to the working ones I did before. I can confirm that

- the FTP site works fine and I can access it from Polycom vlan and client vlan too.

- Correct permissions are applied to the ftp folder etc

- I have used same Master config and shared config file that I used as other sites(Double checked everything)

For some reason, polycom Trio( version 5.4.4.7511) does not get the provisioning files

000045.218|cfg |*|00|Prov|Starting to provision
000045.301|clist|4|00|dbSet::srv2mem:'0004f2fdd1d4-directory.xml' File transfer failed, trying to get local file
000045.417|clist|4|00|dbSet::load:cleared load error state m_sync=<0x40>
000045.471|clist|4|00|dbSet::srv2mem:'000000000000-directory.xml' File transfer failed, trying to get local file
000045.740|cfg |4|00|Prov|[CfgLyncSipSrvDiscover::cbFoundOption] Invalid STS-URI: '://:'

Can you please suggest what areas should I check?
