We have some Polycom Sound Point IP 330 SIP phones.
When we scroll through the phone display menu, we cannot find where to go to lock and unlock the phones. What do we need to do to achieve this?
Do we need to upgrade the firmware of the phone?

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Is there any other way to achieve phone lock and unlock perhaps using prefixes with the polycom sound point IP 330 SIP phones?
Aternatively, how can we achieve authorization codes?

Hello Elizm,
it should not really be the End Points responsibility to limit access to certain numbers.
I suggest you work with your service provider on this.
Another workaround could be to manipulate the local digitmap in such manner that the phone always dials additional digits or removes digits from numbers that are not allowed.
