Polycom Sound Station IP 7000 during boot logo

My Polycom  7000 hang, during boot  logo, with red light indicators.

No access by ip, no reaction for reset key combination.

Software 4_0_5_release.

Is there way to solve the problem?

This sounds like the unit is defective. How long has this been setup and working and what is the MAC address?

This station has been working since 2012.

With new software for 3 mounth.

The unit was sold in 25/03/2011 so not knowing what happened it could have simply broken due its age or a local issue causing it to break.

 

Is it powered via PoE switch or via a PoE adaptor?

It's connected via poe adaptor.

Is it possible to use some software to connect to station via usb and make configuration?

no there is no recovery option or anything for end customers and only our RMA team would be able to analyze the unit.

 

Due its out of warranty status there are not many options so you could try and contact the UKRAINIAN TRADE TECHNOLOGICAL COMPANY who have sold the unit for any options.
