Is it possible to program the Polycom 550 to call all on the internocom to a ring group of about 13 extensions?  We try diong this and it just rings the phones in the ring group.  The intercom does not seem to work then.

Hello hms,

welcome to the Polycom Community. I have split your post away from the previous post as this was discussing PTT (Push To Talk)

We encourage all users to read the Welcome Post, the FAQ and use the Forum Search.

There are several post's in the community discussing paging / autoanswer etc.

You can find it => here <= or => here <=

The Phone itself only "reacts" to the SIP Header and can then be programmed to action certain activities.

The server itself needs to be able to send this SIP Header.

A good FAQ post can be found here:

Oct 25, 2011 Question: How can I change my Ringtone or Ring in a special manner for a certain incoming call?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
