I have a Soundstation IP5000 with PoE, the power works but it will not get any network connection, I have tested two different PoE switches from D-Link and Cisco and its the same, only power work but no network. Switches shows no datalink on the ports I test. Is it a hardware failure? I have tried to set a static IP on the phone but the phone just says no network connection.
