Hello,

I am currenlty having an issue getting a Polycom Soundsation IP 5000 working with our HiPath 4000.  SIP Software Version is 3.3.3.0069 and the BootRom Software Version is 4.3.1.0440.  These are brand new devices right out of the box.  The Polycom is recognizing the ip address and I can get to it via web interface.  In the identification fields it is recognizing my display name that I changed and is displays on the device.  When I attempt to place a call I just get a busy signal.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Frank

Thank you.  After verifying that the device was not registerd I checked the authentication User ID and Password which resolved the issue.
