I have a Soundstation 6000 IP. When the 1st incoming call comes in I get the flashing LEDs and Ringing. But when the 2nd incoming call comes the only indication I get is the little musical notes flashing in the upper left hand screen. Which unless you are looking for it you will never see it. When you put the 1st call on hold, then you get the Flashing LEDs and Ringing. Is there something I'm missing on the 2nd incoming Alerting the phone?

Hello @cdpAK ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

A good starting point is usually to provide the currently used software version as an answer may depend on this.

Sep 26, 2013 Question: How can I disable the call waiting tone or change the tone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above FAQ post explains how to set this with an example file to disable but the instructions also explain how to change this.

Please consult the FAQ for any follow-up questions.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
