Polycom Soundstation IP 5000 disconnects outbound call after 60 secounds

Hi,

 

I have a Polycom Soundstation IP 5000 that disconnects outbound calls after 60 seconds.  Inbound calls are fine.  

 

I have seen a few similar threads, but the solution is to update the firware.  I have tried on the latest firmware (4.1.1) as well as 4.0.8, all see the same result.

 

Any help would be much appreciated, as I have 10 of these to deploy

This sounds like a firewall issue or similar.
