Polycom Soundstation IP 5000 in asterisk



I have been using Cisco phones to date on my asterisk server and have had no issues to date configuring phones through provisioning.  I have acquired a few Polycom Soundstation IP 5000 and I am having a nightmare configuring these.  It won't provision at all.  Is there a tutorial available for this?  I saw this:


It doesn't exactly give me an explanation I am looking for.  Could any provide assistance?  It will be much appreciated.
