Hello ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

If this is reproducible at a regular basis then you should be able to capture the relevant data for you to compare the two calls.

Hello,

Thank you for your response but please can you be more specific.

The problem that i have its when i call from the conference phone he drop my calls randomly sometime for 30 minutes sometimes in 1 hour.

My question is if that is any (expire time) on Polycom ip 6000 to make this change.

Because as i mention before when i call from Cisco phone everything its ok and doesn't drop my calls. The PBX is Elastix.

The infrastructure is already connected point to point with the provider.  PBX-----MediaConverter----Provider

So there's not any Firewall in the middle or something else that may impact!!!

Please waiting asap for any solution because i have 6 Polycom with the exact same problem.

Many thanks
