Polycom Trio 8500 Long distance Pin Code dialing issues
I have some Polycom Trio 8500's running firmware 220.127.116.1138, i have also upgraded one to 18.104.22.16819. when i make a call the dial pad disappears and i dont have the option to dial Long distance codes or pins. is there a fix for this?
I suggest upgrade to UC Software 5.9.4 Rev AB and then you look at the post >here<
