Polycom Trio 8800 CUCM

Hello Team,

I have a CUCM 8.6 with Polycom Trio 8800 version: 5.4.0.12856 .

 

All internal call are working fine. but I can't do external call.

 

in our company, to make an external call we dial  0 +  077xxxx xxx . when we dial 00 the trio says that "the call cannot be completed, please contact your operator". then it hang up..

did anyone face this issue  please?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

 

The above is most likely your issue as the Trio comes with a US Dialplan as standard.

 

In addition I suggest upgrading to a later software version:

 

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?

i changed the following option:

 

  • I changed the option "Digitmap Impossible Match" from 0 to 2
