Hi,
I've been using my Polycom Trio for some time now and I stumbled upon this topic:
http://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP/FAQ-How-can-I-Record-or-Playback-Audio-Calls/td-p/46805
I've managed to successfully record calls, however, it looks like the interface bugs when you start recording a call and it's a bit complicated to go back the original phone call screen with all the call options available (hold, add attendees and all).
I've managed to go back to that screen by trying to start a new call, but that'll put the current call on hold.
I can provide pictures of the issue if needed.
Does that need to be escalated to Polycom phone support directly ?
Thanks,
Regards,
Radren

Hello Radren,
A end User cannot raise a ticket with Polycom and your reseller needs to do this for you.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. In case this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hey Steffen,
Thanks for the quick reply.
Too bad I have to go through my reseller for this, as I fear some of the information I'll pass on might be lost and it could result in my issue not being fixed.
Let's hope for the best. 🙂
Regards,
Radren
