You have not provided any information at all.


This is the official Polycom community where Polycom employees can try and help customers.


Other Polycom enthusiasts are welcome as well to try their luck but if you need official support please follow the correct steps as outlined within this post.


This a chat, this is an open forum. Personally, looking after EMEA as a region in Tier 3 support, I am not aware of a problem.


If this does not come into official support we are unable to troubleshoot this.
