Hi Everyone,
I noticed there is a cloud status / Poly Cloud Services on the webinterface of our Polycom Trio 8800 Kits.
We have a total of 8 kits in our environment and I was wondering what´s the best way to provision it.
I´ve called Poly sales, and mentioned the cloud services, but the sales representative didn´t know anything about it. He mentioned Poly Lens and Poly real connect but forwarded the inquiry to our supplier. I have also reached out to the Poly support but they forwarded me to our supplier too. Our supplier asked me to get in contact with a local Polycom partner or Poly itself to clarify. They don´t sell any Polycom cloud services due to complexity.
So I´ve tried to find some information by myself and let´s say I´m not even mad at our supplier. The information on the Poly website is a mess. I find a lot of marketing nonsense but when trying to find actual technical details you are lost.
For instance, I found the following website:

According to the Datasheet, I can create a trial but the link is dead.

Welcome to the Poly Community.
Not sure which reseller you worked with but the major ones should be aware and trained in our products.
I would suggest you chose Lens as this is our latest solution and is free.
I try and get hold of the team that controls the web so we can fix the missing links.

Could you please recommend a reseller for Germany?
I think for customers, It would help a lot to have some kind of overview / spreadsheet of products which allow to manage Polycom devices. Maybe something like that exists already?
