We have the new Trio 8800 conference phones, but we've noticed when we do a call from these if both people are talking at the end of a call, the phone seems to cancel out the audio from one end of the call.

 

i.e. Person A is talking, then Person B starts talking at the same time, however person A can't hear person B.  Person B can still hear person A however.

 

Anyone know what is causing this please?

Hello dhymers,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a Skype for Business server.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

I know this is an old thread, were you able to resolve this issue? I'm also experiencing the same issue.
