Hi
I have a Polycom Trio 8800 on software version 5.9.3.7982
Is it possible to setup an unregistered line to connect to WebEx?
I have read through the documentation released by Polycom in 2018 and this references CUCM. The current setup we have is that the Trio is in Skype for Business mode so Line 1 will be used for this and Line 2 would be used for WebEx.
I have applied the attached configs to the Trio and the Line appears as i would expect, however when tapping the WebEx button i get a busy tone.
Ideally i was hoping for a similar solution to Zoom, where you tap the button and then you're connected to WebEx and prompted to enter the meeting details.
Kind Regards,
Robert

Thanks. I downloaded the config from the other support article and added some call.autoOffHook config so that it dials into WebEx.
Attached is a copy of the edited config.

Hello @Trueman1991 ,
Welcome back to the Poly community.
Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.
For your new issue when utilizing the community search >here< the 1st result sounds like what you are after.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
