I am using a Polycom VVX 1500 (code 5.2.5.0639).
I find that occasionally the phone seems to freeze when I dial or even when a call comes in (phone rings but screen is unresponsive for several seconds before I can use the phone.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Any suggestions ?

Please upgrade your VVX1500 to a currently supported software like UC Software 5.5.1 and then check this again.

Thank you for your reply - I will definitely try and upgrade the code.
I will confirm after it is completed.
I wanted to confirm that after upgrading to 5.5.1, the phone seems to be performing much better.
I still have occasional freezes when I dial but it takes several seconds for the digits to dial and call to complete but does not happen as often since firmware upgrade.
